Prefectorial System

In a Residential School, Head Boy and Head Girl along with other House Appointments hold a commanding position. School selects the appointments on the basis of following criteria:

• Written Test

• Personal Interview by the Principal

• Academic Performance

• Major Achievements

• Participation in extra co-curricular activities, sports and games.

• Seniority as a Boarder etc

Selected Head Boy, Head Girl and other appointments hold a small baton of authority. It instills in them a sense of responsibility and feeling of authority. These students monitor the movement and behaviour of children under their command.
